The modern workplace is bedeviled by various challenges that keep evolving with emerging industry trends. Employees often decry unfair treatment, open biases, inadequate renumeration and sheer defiance of labour laws and employee protection regulations just to mention a few. Efforts to address these challenges
have been put in place, however they haven't bore the desired results. For instance, legal frame works have been established to allow employees to seek justice on maters employment which are unfortunately not void of challenges.
All hope is not lost. The Joshua and Timothy School of Theology i partnership with Mattew 28 Ministries will delve on this mater during Beacon 2025 workshop for Christian Leaders dubbed "Work Place Challenges in Kenya: In Search of Biblical Solutions" scheduled to take place between 7th and 10th September. Participants will explore how biblical principles speak into today's pressing work place challenges guided by the following key topics:
