ABOUT THE INNOVATION CENTERS OF EXCELLENCE (I.C.E)

Innovation Centers of Excellence (I.C.E)

Introduction

The Innovation Center for Excellence at St. Paul's University was incepted owing to a partnership between the University and I.C.E, which stands for Innovation Centers of Excellence.

I.C.E was founded by Dr. Krystylle Richardson, the CEO - Life Innovation Global, based in the United States of America. It was derived from Dr. Richardson’s programme-Echelon Leadership Institute, incepted in 2017 and Nex Gen Innovators. The programme has had delegates from ages 12 to 33 spanning various countries across Africa, the U.K. and U.S. The programme seeks to build an innovative business mindset among students while drawing them closer to their career goals, but equipping them with vital tools that are not traditional taught in today’s formal educational systems. The program helps to facilitate monetization of their business ideas and increase their focus and capability to create sustainability through professional mentorship by immersing them in the teachings of Dr. Krystylle’s proprietary lessons and culture of INNOVALIGY®. Dr. Krystylle will also engage guest instructors as she also teaches from her experiences spanning over 45 years across almost 40 countries.

Objectives of I.C.E

The initiative focuses on helping delegates to understand the root and the use of innovation. It will go into deeper levels of the creation and use of relevant business concepts and grow their business mindsets through critical thinking as they understand how innovative modeling works. This will be achieved through her proprietary teachings of her trademarked word INNOVAGILY® and its dynamic methodology and culture.

INNOVAGILY® means the manifestation of creative thought in motion. It is systematically being institutionalized across various institutions, organizations and entities. It will empower delegates of all ages to further their knowledge practically through the moulding of their minds to be able to be creative and innovative in ways that can be impactful for the world as well as monetizable. It helps them to develop business plans, business establishment, understand risk, how to leverage artificial intelligence and long-term monetization initiatives that are reproducible and sustainable.
