Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership

Rapid urbanisation has come to present one of the greatest challenges facing the world today, particularly in Africa and Asia where urban populations are projected to double over the next thirty years. This projection is borne out by Kenya Vision 2030 which anticipates that the urban population of Kenya will rise from 26% (34.3 million) in 2007 to 68% (63.6 million) by 2032.
