Lyn C. Mengich is the CEO at Nuevo HR Consulting. She is an accomplished Governance, Leadership and Human Resource professional with a wealth of experience gained from cross-industry organizations in Kenya, the East Africa Region, and Africa at large; spanning the public, publicly traded, and private sectors. She has held several leadership roles in reputable organizations where she demonstrated her prowess in Corporate governance, Organization development, Learning and development, Performance management, Talent management, Compensation and benefits, Public service wage bill management, Change management, Culture transformation, Coaching and mentoring, Employee relations, Diversity and inclusion, and Mediation. She has also served in various boards for parastatals, financial institutions, and institutions of higher learning. Her outstanding performance both in the public and private sectors have earned her noble recognition including the esteemed Elder of the burning spear (EBS), First Runners up women on Boards award 2022, Best Media communicator of 2019, Award of distinguished service by Kenya Institute of bankers, Leading Change award by Barclays HR Council 2012 and Leadership award Barclays Kenya 2011. 

As an astute scholar, Lyn holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Arts degree, and is an Executive Development Program and Advanced Management Program graduate. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management Kenya (FIHRM) and certified member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
